Fishing and Barbecuing on Fathers Day

A lovely day with the Tanja, Gry and the in-laws, where we spent Fathers Day fishing and barbecuing.

Today, is a rather special day in Denmark.
It’s Grundlovsdag (Constitutionday), a dual celebratory public holiday.
Besides celebrating Denmarks first constitution from 1849, it is also the “official” Father’s Day.

We took a trip to “Præstø” which translates to “Priests Island”, to do some fishing.

Lovely day non the less, even though the brother-in-law caught a beautiful trout, and I didn’t.

After four hours of fishing, we packed up, and headed back to our little personal paradise, to barbecue and enjoy the rest of the evening.
